Just had the most amazing Easter stay at Sunshine Beach. Ruby was an absolutely incredible host, attention paid to every single detail. From the fresh fruits to the Lindt chocolates and fluffy towels on our bed this was definitely a stay to remember. Not only was the property in a peaceful and stunning location (see gorgeous sunset), but instructions for all the appliances were provided, everything thought out for a relaxing stay.

A little story from Noosa Holiday Gems and our legacy… 💛

Over the past month, we’ve welcomed a beautiful new 3-bedroom duplex in Sunrise Beach to the Noosa Holiday Gems family. This peaceful spot is just steps to the beach, near the bike track, and perfect for families or couples wanting a quiet break close to Noosa – but away from the Hastings St buzz.

As a proud local business owner, it means so much to partner with homeowners who genuinely care – not just about their property, but also about our community. That’s exactly what this family is about.

While we totally understand locals wanting peace and quiet (we’re locals too!), this home is not a party house. It’s managed under strict Noosa Council guidelines with respectful guests, quiet hours, and lots of care.

We’re staying focused on what we do best: providing beautiful homes for holidaymakers while respecting the people who call Noosa home.

A little story from Noosa Holiday Gems and our legacy… 💛

Over the past month, we’ve welcomed a beautiful new 3-bedroom duplex in Sunrise Beach to the Noosa Holiday Gems family. This peaceful spot is just steps to the beach, near the bike track, and perfect for families or couples wanting a quiet break close to Noosa – but away from the Hastings St buzz.

As a proud local business owner, it means so much to partner with homeowners who genuinely care – not just about their property, but also about our community. That’s exactly what this family is about.

While we totally understand locals wanting peace and quiet (we’re locals too!), this home is not a party house. It’s managed under strict Noosa Council guidelines with respectful guests, quiet hours, and lots of care.

We’re staying focused on what we do best: providing beautiful homes for holidaymakers while respecting the people who call Noosa home.
